Pan Am Catering Items
As a long haul international airline Pan Am "wrote the book" on in-flight meal service.  From the early days of box lunches aboard the Foker F-7 to the dinning rooms of the Yankee Clipper & later the 747 Pan Am set the standard for in-flight dinning.

The catering section shows both catering items and many photographs of their use in-flight.

To keep the catering page from being too long the subject has been divided into 6 sub-categories by era.

Should you have any Pan Am catering items you would like to donate or see included in this section please contact
